This step by step process is grounded in our founder’s 20+ years of experience in the commercial finance sector.
In managing the Nexus team, Oz Josefian, MBA, utilizes the strategies he developed during a long career in banking, lending, and business management.
Directly prior to founding Nexus Commercial Finance, Oz served as a Vice President and Senior Lending Officer at Bank of America, where he served clients such as Apple, Yahoo, and Salesforce. He otained a deep insight into the inner workings of lending institutions, which he now uses to negotiate the lowest rates and best terms on behalf of his clients.
Oz has also served as a senior manager for multiple international corporations. This keene appetite for private sector revenue growth and cost savings continues to benefit clients today. He personally pours over the financials of every account going through Nexus to ensure that any financing proposed will have a strong positive impact on the client’s bottom line.
